1、填写《外国人签证证件申请表》（到前台领取）盖学校公章、贴白底照片

2、护照首页

3、有效签证页

4、最后一次入境章页

5、《境外人员临时住宿登记表》（住在社区的，到辖区派出所办理。住在旅店的，由旅店开具临时住宿证明）申领新的居留许可后，须在24小时内到居住地派出所申领新的《境外人员临时住宿登记表》。

6、体检表（年满16岁需体检，到出入境检验检疫局办理。持有效居留许可不需体检，持有效签证需体检）

7、《录取通知书》、JW202表、就读院校注明学习期限的公函

8、学校的办学许可（法人证书）

9、房屋租赁合同原件及复印件，房东须携带房产证原件及复印件在移民局现场证明。

注：留学生未满18周岁（父或母为丹东户口且在丹东）的要提供：

留学生的出生证明或户籍藤本（国外出具的需在中国驻该国使领馆认证），在丹父亲或母亲身份证、户口本
